Resource Coordinator (RC)

You sit at the centre of delivery – matching the right engineer to the right activity, across A10’s internal teams and trusted regional partners.

  • Use tools and partner databases to identify suitable engineers for each task.
  • Check skills, certifications, location and availability against requirements.
  • Share runbooks, diagrams, device lists and access details before every visit.
  • Maintain clean records of assignments, confirmations and completions.

Typical growth: RC → Senior RC → Resource / Delivery Manager.

Field Engineer & Site Lead (FE / SL)

You are the face of A10 at customer locations – installing, migrating and validating network infrastructure on the ground.

  • Perform on-site work for switching, routing, Wi-Fi and structured cabling.
  • Follow runbooks and as-built designs during implementation and cutovers.
  • Capture photos, test results and sign-offs for each activity in a structured way.
  • Coordinate live changes with Remote Ops and project teams during change windows.

Typical growth: Field Engineer → Senior Engineer → Site Lead / Regional Lead.

Project Coordination & Delivery (PC)

You act as the control tower for multi-site work – keeping plans, people and communication aligned so programmes move smoothly from start to closure.

  • Maintain project plans, milestones and change windows across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with customers, engineers and partners on access and timing.
  • Track progress, risks and blockers; drive follow-ups until closure.
  • Ensure documentation is complete for sign-off, invoicing and audits.

Typical growth: PC → Project Manager → Programme / Delivery Lead.

Remote Operations & Support (OPS)

You are part of the always-on desk that supports field engineers and programmes – making sure activities are monitored, issues are owned and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Monitor devices, connectivity and health around activities and incidents.
  • Provide L1 / L2 remote support during planned changes and troubleshooting.
  • Log incidents and changes, and follow up with vendors where needed.
  • Keep accurate records of timelines, actions taken and outcomes.

Typical growth: Remote Engineer → Senior Engineer → Operations Lead.
